Last year, SermonView introduced a platform add-on to AttendanceTracker that converts online viewers into engaged relationships. This new platform, known as a Virtual Hall, allows a local church to register, check-in, communicate, and engage local participants in conversations that move quickly from online to over the phone or in-person.

What is the Virtual Hall?

This Interactive video player is a dynamic streaming portal that connects you to guests that register through your local registration page.
Every time a viewer requests prayer, asks a question, or requests more information about a particular topic, your team receives the request in your church’s InterestTracker account and the assigned user from your team will get an immediate text or email to respond back. This unique permission-based communication platform gives you “Permission” to contact the participant directly—giving you access to engagements that are impossible to make over the computer.

Everything is Included. Oh, and did we mention how easy it is?

Every participating church receives their own InterestTracker account, our add-on AttendanceTracker module, and personal Virtual Hall. These tools automatically combine to give you a total picture of each viewer's experience and make interactions with your church the clear next step for your guests. Although this system is simple, any software needs a little explaining. So, we back it all up with a suite of short training videos and regular short training classes. We can even offer one-on-one training if your team asks.
